Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your modular components in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, panels, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
